Explore the property and feast on the blackberries in summer, raid the tomato garden in the late summer/early fall, and pick the wild fall apples for munching or baking. Bring your snowshoes or cross country skis (in winter) or hiking shoes in summer and explore the property and beyond!

The cottage has two bedrooms (queen upstairs, full downstairs), one bath with shower, and an open kitchen/living/dining area. February stays include a warm Arrival Comfort setup and late checkout. Guests using only one bedroom receive a 10% discount, applied after checkout (not combinable).

We are close to the fascinating history, arts, and shopping of Woodstock VT, and near several downhill and cross country ski and snowshoe centers, Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park, and lots of hiking trails, as well as within a short drive of Hanover NH and White River Junction VT. The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter - 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for Weekends. October 6th and 12th are currently vacant if you want a fall foliage trip. Bright, secluded, second floor one room suite with private bathroom overlooking Mill River and across a covered bridge. No neighbors visible, but near town. Fly fish in the back yard, sit around the firepit, enjoy fall foliage, and hike and ski. Swinging bridge and Appalachia long trail very nearby. Close to three ski resorts: Killington, Okemo, and Pico. Dogs are welcome and loved, with plenty of room to run. Comfortable queen-sized bed and couch.

You’ll love this bright, stylish, comfortable, and conveniently located suite nestled in the West Lebanon Village. Perfect for couples, business travelers, & small families. Your dog is welcome and will love playing in the several parks within walking distance!

The Cluck House

The Cluck House (360sq. ft) was converted from a chicken coop into a 1 bedroom guest space in the 1950’s. Today it is still used for extra sleeping quarters during the warmer months (May 15-Oct 15). Please Note: The Private Full Bathroom Is Located In The Main Farmhouse, just a short walk across the lawn. We are pet friendly and welcome guests who wish to travel with them. We charge a $35 Cleaning Fee per trip.
