Wansfell Holme is a beautiful Grade 2 Listed period house set in a perfect location in the Lake District National Park, now a UNESCO World Heritage site. We have incredible views over Lake Windermere (100 yards from the house), and there is easy access to the lake, woods and fells . In addition, Waterhead and Ambleside are within easy walking distance, and we are more or less central for visits to other parts of the Lake District by car.

It is a level stroll into the village with its lovely shops, restaurants and cafés, and a pleasant walk down the hill into Bowness.

Stable Cottage is a first-floor apartment above a converted grade II listed stable block situated in a superb location with the village of Bowness and The Lake just a short walk away. Small dogs are welcome we do ask that they don't go on any of the furniture.
