It is surrounded by a backyard oasis including views of pool, large pine trees, and nature. Guests will have their own private access, private small yard, and parking space. The home sits in a quiet cul de sac filled with nature sounds. We welcome pups, guest house has dedicated dog run area (pets must be approved by host).

The suite is fully separated from our main home, offering comfort, privacy, and a private entrance with dedicated parking on the right side of the driveway. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to shops and cafes. Please note: the studio is windowless by design for added quiet and privacy. A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room.
