Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The Toolshed, a luxury Cotswold eco cottage

Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space at the heart of the Cotswold village of Marshfield. Perfect for long country walks, 6 miles from The Georgian City of Bath and 12 from vibrant Bristol with Castle Combe & Lacock close by. A super insulated eco build, stone cottage with underfloor heating. There is a gorgeous DeVOL kitchen for those who love to cook or a hearty pub just around the corner. The Toolshed is the perfect country bolthole for couples looking to relax and slow down.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

The Little Forge

Enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The Little Forge is set on a quiet lane at the edge of the friendly village of Pewsey, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Our thoughtfully designed interiors will make you feel welcome from the moment you park up outside. The guest house is privately located in our gated drive overlooking the gardens. A local pub in the village too!

Fuchsia Barn is a brand new purpose built Airbnb unit, finished to a very high standard, with lots of natural materials giving it a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. It is situated 12 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Castle Combe, often voted the prettiest in the country, and featured in many films. There are wonderful woodland walks from the property, and two village pubs within walking distance
