You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

The King Hill House

Come for the mountains, come for the lakes, or just come to enjoy the views. As soon as you pull into the driveway you will be blown away by the beauty and natural surroundings! This is a tastefully renovated, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath farm house right off interstate 89. Inside you will find a giant mudroom with laundry, a large kitchen that is open to the dining room and living space. It is 10 minutes to downtown New London, 15 minutes to Mount Sunapee and 25 minutes to Ragged Mountain.
