Enjoy some family time in the AC watching Netflix on our 70’ TV. We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. Looking for some adult fun instead, we are 20 mins from the casinos in Laughlin, Nevada.

Ride bikes around this historic town and check out the sights on Route 66 as well as The El Garces train depot just a few blocks away. Our home has extra street parking if you have a boat in tow. Enjoy food delivery including River City Pizza, just a short distance away. We welcome travelers to enjoy a restful stay in this quiet neighborhood just off of the highway.

Enjoy Netflix on 80in TV or lounge in the volleyball pool(3.5 sides/5ft middle). BBQ and dine under covered patio. Friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Parking in driveway and street (no garage access) side parking for razors. no pets, NO SMOKING! ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!!

The house has everything you could need for a weekend at the river. Enjoy morning coffee(provided). while seated under the large patio cover with fans BBQ, table (see pics). It will feel more like a home than an Airbnb. Near the water &, close to 3 launch ramps, and off-roading trails. Large driveway for an RV or boat. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard.

This Great River Home is situated one row back from the River, in the upscale Palo Verde Neighborhood. Our Neighborhood has a private Boat Ramp & Private Beach (Great for kids) . Neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Just 15 min from Lake Mohave, 5 min to Rotary Park , and close to the airport, and everything else Bullhead City/Laughlin area has to offer. House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!

The backyard is fully fenced in for your pet. There are multiple golf courses and boat ramps to start your fun! The Avi casino is 3 miles away, and more casinos and great food are 20 minutes away. Situated in Cimarron Lakes just a short drive to Jack Smith boat launch in Needles, our three bedroom home is our favorite place to relax after a day on the water! Newly updated with open concept living room and kitchen we also love the split bedroom layout which is perfect for our family and bringing another one when we stay.
