Walking distance to restaurants, bars and Glen Park with a beautiful waterfall. Backyard for pets, not fully fenced. (Please note it's an old house with uneven room transitions and a step down to the bathroom which is off the kitchen) Close to amenities but set in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful cemetery to the front and a duck pond to the side.

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
