Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

Conveniently located close to The Neeley Family Distillery. Some have visited the Ark while staying here also.

This is a duplex home, which I just moved out of and I’m turned it into a Second Airbnb. There is a Airbnb on the second floor, which is totally separate from the first floor. You will share the main entrance door with the Airbnb on the second floor. I’m still adding details. If you don’t have a picture on your profile, you will need to send it upon request.
