Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist modern sowie komfortabel eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche, in der Sie problemlos Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zubereiten können. Das Badezimmer lädt mit einer Badewanne zum Entspannen ein. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Wildau, die durch ihre grüne Umgebung und die Nähe zu den Berliner Gewässern besticht. Die Wohnung ist top modern ausgestattet, geräumig und bietet auf zwei Etagen Platz für bis zu vier Personen.

Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren in der Umgebung oder um die herrliche Natur zu genießen. Die in 2022 neu eingerichtete und 2024 komplett renovierte Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf einem weitläufigem Grundstück mit direktem Waldzugang.
