This central location makes getting to any place on the Cape a breeze. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and is furnished with a queen bed and a sofa. The perfect place for a getaway with your significant other or a fun time with a few friends! 2 beach chairs and small cooler included.

Enjoy our cozy home within walking distance to the beach located in the heart of South Yarmouth. . 3 Bedrooms, can accommodate up to 6 guests. The newly renovated bathroom and outdoor shower are sure to wash the sand away so you can unwind in the large yard with a cocktail. Beaches are a 0.75 mile walk or a short bike ride. We wish we could be there all the time but school and work get in the way.
