Guests have a private outdoor patio (shared use of a fire pit and gas grill). Our home and attached Loft apartment are located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Pullman. Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. The hosts are usually available to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

We are located close enough to town for easy access yet far enough to relax in your downtime. The Garage is a studio with a queen bed and 1 bathroom. Plus a queen Murphy bed for additional 2 guests. Grandma’s Farmhouse

1950s farmhouse. Kept to almost original as when grandma lived there. Knotty pine walls and vintage linoleum. Throughout the house, there are vintage photos and family history posted. It is by no means fancy but it is clean. We are located in Steptoe Wa but is surrounded by farm fields and a seed plant behind. Agriculture area so be aware that dust may be present and farm equipment near by. * note- exterior will be remodeled and painted as soon as weather allows.

This charming 1940's home is perfect for experiencing Pullman & attending any WSU event. The downtown location provides a setting that can be enjoyed any time of year. It is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, WSU Welcome Center & campus! NOTE: This is a top unit of a duplex.
