Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

Relax in this brand new river front condo in the pulse of downtown Whitehorse. Walk or bike, from your doorstep river trail, to all of the city's amenities, shopping, groceries, restaurants and bars. Kick back and relax in this stylish, peaceful space. Located 15 minutes from town, the suite is one bedroom, one bathroom built in 2023. The bedroom has a loft bed above the queen bed. The 3.7 acre property backs on to endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

We recommend that our guests rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay to make the most of the incredible sights around Whitehorse.
