Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

Enjoy the convenience of walking to all the unique downtown shops, restaurants, pubs, live music venues, museums, and of course the SS Klondike and the Yukon River! The very interesting and historic Pioneer Cemetery is one block away. Relax in the back yard garden and sit under the gazebo and mingle with us. Have a BBQ!

Street parking is available in front of the house.

This place is ideal for both visitors with or without a car. We can host two people and an extra who can sleep on the pull out couch. The suite is in the lower level of a house.
