The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cozy living room that leads to a sunroom, ideal for extra guests. Relax by the wood-burning stove on chilly nights. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

Children love to play in the sand on the beach or go swimming off the dock. Bertha Lake is home to many fish ready for the catching! Based on the season, fishing, skiing, tubing/sledding, golf, or off-road trails are all options. Back at the beach house, cozy up next to the bonfire and enjoy some s'mores on the lake.

After being outside all day, choose to stay home at the fully-stocked cottage to cook meals and enjoy the plethora of games and yard space. There are lots of hiking trails and we are super close to town, too! Fully renovated cottage with all the conveniences you'll need!
