Every stay begins with homemade bread from our kitchen and thoughtful, locally sourced welcome accompaniments. Weather and seasonal permitting, guests may occasionally savor a host-prepared wood-fired pizza made with fresh garden ingredients. Cozy, bright, and full of garden-to-table charm and seasonal delight.

Gorgeous Romantic Lakefront Getaway

Beautiful, 170 feet of waterfront Carriage House with a lovely sandy beach for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

Relax, read, fish, listen to the loons - a perfect get-away to completely unplug. Great hiking, kayaking, and biking in the area. Grill, hammock, and fire-ring by water's edge.

Just one mile from the Stone Mountain Arts Center, 30 minutes to North Conway, NH, and easy access to hiking trails, mountain vistas, and the Lakes Region of western Maine. The Cottage is the perfect get away spot for private time together. There is a designated work space upstairs with windows for fresh air, great WiFi, space to move, comfortable and peaceful. Picturesque, close to hiking trails or just lying in the grass listening to the brook, enjoying a snooze in the sun. Opportunities for rock climbing, hiking, bird watching with guides are available thru a variety of sources. Truly a place to work, rest, and play.

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.

Waterfront Escape

Set just 20 feet from Pequawket Pond, this unique two-level cottage offers direct waterfront access in a quiet association. A spiral staircase leads to a lower-level bedroom with walk-out access, creating a distinct and private layout. Minutes from Mount Washington Valley, with easy access to skiing, hiking, and local shops. Guests also enjoy use of a kayak and two paddleboards for time on the water.
