The kitchen has an island, kitchen table and fireplace. Leading off from the kitchen is a full BR and a bedroom with a king bed. On the same side of the house is the sunroom (w sleeper sofa) that leads to the hot tub from one door and the pool through another. From the other side of the kitchen is the foyer, laundry room, BR, sitting area, 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed. A large living area is at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the other 2 bedrooms (1 Q bed & 2 DB beds) & bathroom.

The original structure was built in the 1700s and served as the servant's quarters for the stone house across the road where your hosts now live.
