SUGARBUSH - Sweet Serenity Tiny House

Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

Fish from the beach!Great small mouth bass, catfish and if you're lucky muskie. 7 minutes from I-79 and restaurants in South Fairmont. 34 minutes to WVU. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces for you to enjoy and entertain no matter what the weather! Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

This playful treehouse cabin provides amazing views with a cantilevered design and large windows overlooking the grounds of Lambert's Winery. Taste, tour and explore the winery grounds in this playful & unforgettable loft! The "Hang-over" is one of three rental cabins on the property and features a spiral tree staircase built from naturally resourced materials on the winery grounds, a loft bedroom, covered outdoor space, interior swings and amazing views!

Trillium Acres Guest House

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.

Almost Heaven Away From Home is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood. Start your day on the deck enjoying the beautiful, peaceful view of the WV mountains. Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.

Copper House

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.
