Your accommodation is half of the main house. It is completely closed off for your privacy with private access & outdoor deck. BBQ by request. Not suitable for children

Located 1 minute from Little Munro Bay, where kayaks and boats can be launched. World renowned hiking trails are on your doorstep like Mt Manaia, Mt. Aubrey and the Te Araroa Trail.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We have Wifi available through out the property that sometimes has a weak/moderate signal. this is due to our location and sometimes bad weather

Kukupa Cottage

Kukupa cottage is a three year old cottage on the top of a hill overlooking Kowharewa bay. It is on a piece of lovely land that has another house next door but is very private. It is lovely and warm with everything you need for a winter getaway. In the summer it gets all day sun that needs to be blocked but there are blinds along the front which you may need some of the time. There is a lovely wooden deck at the front also, with a roll out awning.

Fairytale Treehouse

This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.
