Welcome to our home, your hosts Jan & Stuart. We provide a private lockable self contained unit in the downstairs area of our 2 storey home. No required interaction unless you require something or would like some local knowledge on things to do. Our place is located in the heart of the beautiful Taurikura Bay only a stone throw from the waters edge with views of the bay. We are surrounded by beautiful bush walking trails suitable for all levels of fitness & beautiful beaches to choose from.

***LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION *** At our farm we have a very clean, tidy & comfortable self contained cabin for couples with a rustic vibe, includes king bed & attached outside bathroom with Kitchenette. If there are more than 2pp book our cute kingfisher caravan set up for 2pp (1 king single and 1 sml single). Ages 6yrs+ is preferred at our property as it is not completely fenced off and there are horses and some driveway vehicles about. Epic horse trail riding & surfing on your doorstep!

Comfortable self-contained cabin for 2, sitting upon a stunning private hilltop site overlooking Taurikura Bay in Whangarei Heads. Affordable peace, quiet and privacy is our aim (1 night stays available most days). Grass camping site space available (campers #3-8 will need to bring own tent/bed/linen and consumable items and supplies). I can provide made up floor mattresses for guests #3-4 if you are happy to share the small cabin space. Safe ample parking available on site.

This is a quintessential basic kiwi bach, absolute waterfront, stunning views, a hidden treasure with bush and beach walks, amazing fishing and diving. Our bach comes complete with everything needed for a beach holiday, weekend retreat or romantic getaway. An easy 10 minute stroll to local cafe or ten minute drive to Parua Bay cafes, 4 square and gas station and the infamous Parua Bay Tavern. Access to the Bach is down a short but moderately steep bush track(see photo).

We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.
