It is a great place to start your northern journey or a base for your trip to Tiritiri Matangi Island wildlife sanctuary. It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

Our cosy studio is ideal for a short overnight or weekend escape. Located in beautiful Gulf Harbour on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, it provides quick access to several scenic beaches, bays, Shakespeare Regional Park, and is perfect if your boat is having maintenance carried out in the marina. With ferry services to Auckland and nearby islands, plus access to cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and a laundromat nearby, you'll have everything needed for a relaxing coastal retreat.

Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
