Best spot in Whangamata: 1950's beachfront bach

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

Our Bach is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 10 people over 5 bedrooms. A great kitchen, two bathrooms, Deck and Lounge with TV, Internet and Chromecast - we have everything you need!

Our spacious, 3 bedroom holiday home has great indoor outdoor flow with a large wrap around deck fully fenced and large flat lawn. The home is in a perfect location with only short walk of approx. 100m to the beach in one direction and shops, cafe’s and restaurants in the other.

Casements Cottage is a 1 minute walk to town, parks, and art and culture. It is only a 5 Minute walk to the beach. You’ll love our place because of the location. It is good for couples, families (with kids), and small groups. It is quiet, yet so close to everything.
