Apartment 36 is a luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment with stunning unobstructed views overlooking the Marina and Harbour. There is a designer kitchen with new appliances and itis well equipped along with a Weber bbq on the balcony with gas supplied. There is unlimited WiFi, outdoor seating and sun loungers. The Bathroom has a large walk in shower. It is in an excellent location with a short walk to Restaurants , beach, town and supermarket. The complex has a large shared swimming pool & hot tub.

Note this is a bird sanctuary so unfortunately no pets are permitted on site. Just a quick 10 minute drive to the Pauanui village and beach where you will find local cafes, shops and a supermarket for any last minute essentials.
