Take in the beautiful view of Ohiwa Harbour and the native birdlife from the comfort of your bed or from the private deck. Make use of our kayaks and paddle board on the harbour, relax in the heated pool, or take an easy stroll over to Ohope beach for a swim. One of only 10 properties on the lake side with a large reserve area at the rear of the property. 30 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. Suitable for family groups wanting spend time together or groups of friends wanting to catch up. Busy times between December & March & long weekends, prioritory will be given to longer bookings, particularly for January which will be 5 nights or more.

TWO DAY MINIMUM STAY Genuine Old Kiwi Bach backing on to the Ohiwa Harbour. Great summer retreat or weekend getaway whether your idea of I relaxation is action packed activity or chilling out and watching the world go by. Please Note: bedding & Towels not supplied. Section backing onto Sheltered Harbour & just across the road is the Ocean Beach, Kayak’s avail , must bring your own life jacket’s NOTE: Security camera monitors driveway. Spa pool no longer operational.

Ohope at it's best, loved family home

Our beach house is a real treasure. Over the last 10 years we have worked hard towards what it is today and would love to share this little piece of paradise. It has easy indoor/outdoor flow and beachy interior. The beach is across the road, through the dunes and onto the beach. The house is easy living with all the modern cons and a few games to match. It has 3 bedrooms with one bedroom set up Marae style which sleeps 5. The other 2 bedrooms have a king bed each.
