Beautifully restored townhouse in centre of town, literally a stones throw to the Opera House and all the shops, restaurants and pubs within a short stroll. Extremely private patio garden to rear which has the old town wall as part of its boundary. The patio walls are uplit at night and provide a lovely atmospheric private space to enjoy a glass of wine or just relax. Parking is available nearby in Rowe Street car park €9 per 24 hrs. Enter through your private door into a small living room with comfy sofa & smart TV.. Facilities include a microwave, toaster, fridge & kettle. There is no sink in this room but water & basin in the adjacent private bathroom. Down your hall the bedroom has a king size bed, two East facing windows. Outside there is seating to relax. You have privacy from adjoining cottage, own entrance and locked hallway. NOTE. BnB is part of another cottage. Separate entrance and closed off.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Our cosy farmhouse is situated in the heart of the countryside . Coolhill castle is a 2 minute walk. Out through the windows you will see breath taking views of the Blackstairs mountain. 15 minute drive to the Dunbrody famine ship, the Kennedy homestead and the picturesque village of Inistioge. Cycling and walking tracks in Graiguenamanagh and St. Mullins all less than 20 minutes away . We are located 30 minute drive from Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny

My place is close to Borris House with stunning parks, great views, beautiful walks along the river. You’ll love my place because of the local people, the location, the outdoors space, and the ambiance, the free parking & you are so central you can walk everywhere. Walking distance to pubs, StepHouse Hotel, shops, bank, church etc.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.
