The home is located about an hours drive from Lynchburg, Roanoke or Danville. Enjoy our private dock and boat ramp for fishing, watercraft, swimming, and nature watching! Keep an eye out for wildlife, both great and small! Great Blue Herons, Eagles and Osprey are personal favorites!

Our house is located on the wonderful Smith Mountain Lake. The community around the house gives more than just a place to vacation, it also provides a place to cherish. Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
