Nestled in historic downtown, you can easily explore German St., with a variety of dining options, shopping, and outdoor activities a short walk away from the Potomac River and C&O tow path.

We're a little rustic (no TV, AC, microwave, laundry or dishwasher) and a lot stylish!

Just 2 hrs from Baltimore and DC, The Sanctuary is a perfect weekend mountain escape to get away from it all and connect with nature while still enjoying some luxury amenities.
