Ubicado en una zona céntrica y segura, bien comunicado por el transporte público y a solo 10 minutos andando de las exclusivas tiendas de Paseo de Gracia, el apartamento Gaudir te permitirá disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable en Barcelona. El apartamento: Moderno, elegante y muy luminoso, el apartamento Gaudir está ubicado en una finca residencial especialmente indicada para familias y grupos de adultos de más de 30 años. Entrando en el apartamento tendrás una visión completamente despejada del salón comedor y la cocina, caracterizados por una cuidada decoración que transmite en seguida una agradable sensación de hogar. El salón comedor está equipado con un confortable sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 8 comensales. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de una estancia relajante y sin imprevistos. El balcón- terraza tiene unas excelentes vistas a los tejados de Barcelona. La zona de noche se compone de tres dormitorios: dos de ellos disponen de dos camas individuales juntas (pueden separarse bajo petición previa), armarios y baño en-suite con ducha. Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. Otros servicios: parking privado (bajo petición previa) ... 20€ dia ¡Ven… a disfrutar! Tendrá acceso a todo el apartamento . El apartamento tiene un precio base para 4 personas. Desde el apartamento puede ir andando a los principales sitios, aunque hay múltiples conexiones con metro, bus y taxi a escasos metros del apartamento .... incluso para ir a la Feria de Congresos Si usted camina 10 / 15 minutos llegará a : Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arco del Triumfo, Plaza Cataluña, Palacio de la Música, Catedral, varias zonas shoping ..... El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Para su seguridad no sobrecargue los ascensores. Capacidad máxima 4 personas ó 2 personas + 2 maletas. Prohibido invitar personas al apartamento que no hayan sido previamente identificadas en el check-in. El número de ocupantes tiene que coincidir con lo contratado en la reserva de AIRBNB. E' raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico : gli autobus C30 C31 C32 con partenza ogni ora circa dalla stazione ferroviaria Como San Giovanni , Como Lago Ferrovie Nord o da Piazza Matteotti in direzione Como- Bellagio, impiegano circa 8 min per raggiungere la fermata Blevio - Decorazioni Savio, distante 100 m circa dall' abitazione. Alternativa piacevole al trasporto pubblico tradizionale può essere l'uso dei battelli della navigazione del Lago di Como, con partenza da Piazza Cavour in direzione Torno, da dove camminando per circa 15 min raggiungerete la destinazione. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.
