Set in Arundel in the West Sussex region, Rife Lodge offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free private parking, The lodge has a hot tub. The lodges also feature a patio with open views and beautiful sunsets. Ford Train Station is 0.3 miles from the Lodge, while Goodwood Motor Circuit is 11 miles from the lodge.

Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. A truly unique getaway with easy access to the South Downs Way.

Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

This barn conversion is the perfect two bedroom getaway, located in the beautiful village of Itchenor. It is only a stones throw from West Wittering's stunning beach and also very close to Goodwood and the nearest town - Chichester. It has a large, open spaced kitchen/living area, a double and twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Attached to the barn is also a car port and a small outdoor seating area.
