The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Self contained 3 bedroom house with beautiful views, free parking, perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs. By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

Board games, darts and ping pong, plus yoga instructor (by appointment). All around are fields & forests, magical walks and wildlife. Extra guests possible, please ask. This is a unique place to stay - a converted water tank over 2 levels, built in 1909 for water storage. We've renovated it over the years, adding full-height windows and a sunken garden. There are 2 bedroom spaces, with twin beds and a double sofa bed, divided by blackout curtains and a room screen. The kitchenette has an induction hob and microwave; only internal walls are in the bathroom and utility.
