Ideal for romantic getaways, remote work, adventurers, professionals, families with older children, and dogs. Booking guest must be 25+ and all guests must be registered before arrival. As a daylight suite in our home, guests should expect normal household sounds.

You will have your own private: entrance, patio, two-person sauna, room (bed, TV, and work desk), bathroom with heated floors, and small kitchenette. *Note - this is the private 1st floor of our home, completely separated by floors and doors.

(30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Experience outdoor living in a cozy canvas wall tent. You will find thoughtful design and comfort. You will hear nature..wind, rain, birds and other ambient sounds, and even experience the glow of the moon. Awake to our peaceful fresh Seattle mornings, and sip a hot beverage on your own porch. A compost toilet in a cedar lined outbuilding is 10 steps away, along with a barrel sauna, fire pit, and lounge area. There is a shower available right inside the main house from 7 am-9pm.

Our modern house is close to the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station, top rated restaurants and coffee shops, Jefferson Park and golf course, International District, Pioneer Square, Sodo, Capitol Hill and Downtown. Easy access to I5 and I90 for adventures. You’ll love the backyard spa, high ceilings, open kitchen and privacy. With two bedrooms and one sleeper couch, our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Sleeps six snuggly.
