It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. The 900 sq ft condo is 11 miles west of Hill City in the heart of the Black Hills located in a gated area with a private lake. There are 5 bldgs. with 2 units per building, plus 9 private homes tucked in the hills. The area is surrounded on 3 sides by land owned by the National Forest. This unit is available all year round & is great for the fisherman or someone wanting to get away from the city. You are close to the ATV, hiking, & the Mickelson Trails. Hunting is prohibited in gated area.
