Tucked away on the sleepy outskirts of Bournemouth is the historic villages of Throop and Holdenhurst. Conker Lodge is nestled between the two villages, a charming self contained 1 large double bedroom lodge with private garden in semi rural surroundings. Conker Lodge is 10 min walk to The Old Mill which is sat on the banks of the scenic River Stour and its many leisure facilities which include river walks, cycling routes, fishing. Only 10 min drive to Bournemouth, 15/20 min drive to New Forest

Tiny Home by the Sea with allocated free parking

Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Located on the outskirts of Bournemouth and Poole and within reach of the New Forest, the Garden Retreat is a self contained 1 bedroom lodge with private courtyard and hot tub. The Garden Retreat is 2 mins walk from a local pub/restaurant. Bournemouth’s award winning sandy beaches are about 15 minutes away by car. Lodge features air conditioning, remote controlled blinds, hot tub with mood lighting and wi-fi speakers, outdoor dining area, fridge, combi oven, coffee machine and sofa bed.

The Studio is a detached, self-contained unit in our garden with a kitchenette and shower room. There’s a private small walled garden with outdoor seating. Clean, fresh, and well-equipped, with comfortable double bed and single bed (please ask if you need it setting up). Great for solo travellers, family group or couples. Fast wifi and space to work for business. Ideal for New Forest, Sandbanks, Brownsea, Hengistbury Head, the Jurassic Coast and more! You need a car to get around!

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Newly renovated large flat

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.
