This 800 sq ft suite is an open concept with a large living area and dinning area. There is a queen sized bed, a twin bed, and option of a queen air mattress. There is a 3/4 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a walk in closet. No kitchen but there is a microwave, coffee pot, and mini-fridge. You’ll also have free on premise parking, a private entrance, and high speed internet.

Our cozy, quiet, home backs to walking trail, creek & prairie. Easy access to interstate, restaurants & shopping. You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

When you pull in the driveway, you'll notice this little place has a surprisingly large yard with mature trees and peonies. Step inside and enjoy the cozy, comfortable space... large windows and bright paint keep the place feeling airy and new! Close to the trendy, historic Benson district (1 mile) which features restaurants, bars and ice cream. Benson also has scooter and bike rentals.

Easily walk up our dedicated Airbnb sidewalk, no steps, walk around to the back of the house. You’ll be in a serene space that makes you feel right at home.
