Only 150m to iconic Hill St Grocer. We have many cafes nearby. North Hobart's restaurant strip only 8mins along leafy Newdegate St, most pleasant inner suburbs. Perfect for solo travelers or a couple! A comfy double bed, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only! FAST WI-FI.

This one bedroom self contained flat is part of the main house (all beds are in the one room). The flat has separate entrance. New fully-furnished kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic water views and only 5 km from the city, approximate 10 minute drive. There is a public bus stop 1 minute walk from flat. It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.

Located one street from Salamanca - the heart of Battery Point and very short walk to the docks, numerous cafes, restaurants and wine bars. The studio has private access and is self contained and a great base to explore the docks and Hobart from. Enjoy easy walking access to Salamanca markets and MONA ferry.
