I have decided to rent out my personal farm house\ guest house to happy road trippers seeking solitude and a peaceful surrounding. The house is within a valley surrounded by 48 hectares of open land,beautiful mountain (cederberg) backdrops and a river with three natural swimming areas within walking distance of the guest house and the place include a 25m lap pool right in front of the veranda! Oh and plenty of clean breathable air :). There is one full sized bed so its best suited for couples.

The Moongazing Cabin @ 9 Mount Bain

The Moongazing Cabin is a tranquil timber mountain cabin located on the 660ha Mount Bain Private Nature Reserve in the Bain's Kloof Valley overlooking the Waaihoek and Witzenberg Mountain Ranges. The area provides excellent choices for hiking, swimming, kloofing, birding, driving, wine tasting, seeing snow in winter or just relaxing. The cottage is equipped with gas stove, fridge and hot water and has a solar panel installation for charging electronic devices.

Hill Cottage

Uitsig High Mountain Stone Cottage

Uitsig Stone Cottage is set within huge weathered grey rocks, facing easttowards the high peaks of the southern Cederberg. It has spectacular views in every direction - to the south is the monumental Middelberg Peak, and to the north in the distance is the pinnacle of Sneeuberg. The interior is clad in wood and furnished with beautiful rustic antiques, and has a rock-clad bathroom with breathtaking views.

We have created this unique rental situated in our favourite part of a 222 hectare farm. A cosy & pretty self-catering unit nestled privately at the back of the farm. This cottage has a king size bed, lounge and well-equipped kitchen with a walk-in closet. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed as well as two single beds in the spacious open plan living room. The view from the living room faces North-East on to a beautiful mountain.
