Separate lounge plus open-plan kitchen/diner. 2 bathrooms, including a downstairs shower, ideal after a day on the beach. Centrally heated, also a cosy real-flame gas fire.

No 1 Boatman's Row is an idyllic former fisherman's cottage in the historic harbour town of Wells-next-the-sea. It is tucked away on a quiet lane, a 5-minute stroll to the quay, pubs and shops. It has one bedroom with a king sized bed and sleeps two adults in comfort. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, parking, an attic room with views of the marshes and a sunny, south-facing cottage garden. The stunning sandy beaches of Wells and Holkham are a 25-minute walk away.

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

This is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday in the popular North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham.
