I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. Just 10mins walk from Ngaio train station you are one stop away from the central city. The bus stop just down the street is even closer. Only a 5min drive to the Interislander Ferry Terminal. Please note this is a hilly area. Access is steep and not accessible if stairs are a problem. Parking is on street only.
