You have top level of my house to yourself; sometimes you may see me arrive through my garage door. Bathroom shower, toilet; lounge area, double bedroom, queen size very comfortable bed, patio. Sunny, expansive views! 10 mins walk to train; 15 mins drive to Ferries, HNRY Stadium, City Centre. Parking area at front door, large enough for camper van/2 small cars. NO TV upstairs.

37 Burgundy Home is approximately a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The room has its own private entry, an en-suite and an outdoor patio area. In the room is a queen bed, a bar fridge, bread toaster, water kettle and TV. Wifi is free. As our guests you can use the shared Pinot Grove Residents heated salt water pool (closed from April 28 and opens again on Labour weekend) and the tennis court and trampoline as well.
