Come stay in our Villa in Petone. She's an old beauty with quirk and an eclectic vibe. If you’re looking for a perfect new home without bumps and bruises this old villa might not be your style Shes perfect for families and/or a few couples looking for a getaway in a fabulous and VERY central Petone location. Just one block away from many eating places and shopping on Jackson St, a 10 min walk to the train, 10 minute walk to the beach makes this place the perfect place if you're after options!

Kitchen is limited; convection element, pots, plates, cutlery, fridge/freezer, microwave and mini oven, toaster.. Bathroom is shared with co-host James (an artist onsite weekdays) and flatmate Robert. My dog may say hello. Your dog is welcome but please discuss this when booking. Vaccine/booster required. This lovely older home is only 12 - 15mins drive to Wellington CBD, and located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Pop down to the local coffee shop, spend time exploring native bush-walks and mountain bike tracks, unwind in our outdoor bath or just spend time in the house and garden enjoying our lovely semi private outlook. A perfect getaway!

8 mins walk to airport(900 meter), 10mins drive to city courteny pl(5.8 km),if your ferry arrive at night, it's a 15 mins drive to the house(7.5km). Bus stop, dairy, takeaways all within 1 mins walking dismance. Free park in frount of yard. or 24 hours free parking on street. check in time is after 5pm and check out time is before 10 am, but if you want come early or stay longer,let me know.

Located between the beach and Jackson Street this beautifully renovated cottage offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy sitting under the covered deck while you BBQ, or in the sun on the patio. If you prefer to cook inside, a fully equipped kitchen is provided There is a self contained studio off the rear of the driveway. The studio has no access the cottage or its private deck and garden.
