Centrally located , this warm & sunny studio is easy walking distance from the best that the city has to offer, and a short drive to airport & ferries. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Cafes, shops & restaurants, walks around the harbour & hills - It's all within easy reach, or just sit back & relax.

Hidden treehouse hut nestled in native bush

Get away from it all when you stay in our comfortable treehouse hut nestled under a canopy of native Karaka trees with a view of the harbour, right next to one of Wellingtons best beaches. A perfect escape for nature lovers who want to get back to basics and enjoy the tranquility of nature. PLEASE NOTE: There is no bathroom in the hut. A shared shower and toilet is a short walk away down the path. The sleeping space in the hut is a double bed in the loft which may not be ideal for TALL people!

We love this sunny, cosy chic cottage on the city fringe and we think you will too! Wake-up to birdsong and enjoy an easy walk to the Aro Valley Village for a coffee and croissant. There's also the local beer brewery : ) Then its another 15 minute walk to the vibrant Cuba Street for vintage shopping, music venues, dinner and drinks (or a 8 minute Uber ride into town). Work, Play & Relax CBD Location

The apartment is a well-appointed one-bedroom unit that is perfect for an overnight stay, work or if you are in Wellington for an event. Close to the Central Business area with an abundance of eateries, shops and entertainment nearby. The check-in process is easy, check-in anytime when you arrive. Please note the apartment does not come with a car park. You are able to park on the street outside the building - Paid parking $5/hour 8am -8pm. Free parking 8:pm to 8am. $2.50/hour weekends.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.
