Welcome to our heavenly haven. You will enjoy your own private space with private entrance in the downstairs area of our beautiful refurbished church. Lovely spacious and stylish bedroom with stunning feature windows, a full bathroom and separate living area. We provide Freeview TV, Netflix and a Chromecast. Continental breakfast is provided. Drive on access to your door with free parking. The bus stop is a few minutes away. A short drive to Victoria University, Zealandia and the Wellington CBD.

Brand new 1 bedroom unit in the ❤️ of Khandallah

Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

Enjoy views and sunsets over Newtown while sipping a drink on the balcony and listening to native bird life. Perfect for professional's and travelers.

Pet friendly spacious Ngaio apartment

Self contained apartment in quiet residential cul-de-sac of Ngaio. Great for your Wellington get away. We are pet friendly and dont charge extra for your furry friends! Fresh, modern apartment with comfy bed and a spacious enclosed deck that gets sun. Deck chairs to sit outside in. Plenty of on street parking. Short 5min walk to Awarua Street train station and less than 10 mins walk to bus stops and Ngaio village shops. From there an easy 12 mins train travel to central Wellington & stadium.

A warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with beautiful views over Wellington city and the harbour. Easy access to the central city, cable car, Botanic Gardens and Zealandia on foot or by public transport. Kelburn Village is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Kelburn village has a handy selection of shops and great cafes. Access to the apartment is via an uphill pathway which includes 40 steps. Parking is available on the street (free overnight and on weekends, NZD12 per day on weekdays).

Enjoy your stay in the lovely suburb of Island Bay, just 5 minutes walk to Island Bay Beach and the lovely south coast of the North Island. Walking distance to shops, cinema, cafes, parks, nature walks,bus. Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away). Suited for a couple or two singles.

Lyall Bay Studio

This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

Gorgeous 2 Bedroom Apartment Mt. Victoria

Guest Suite in Brooklyn

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

Self-contained Studio-Wadestown

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Sky Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Free on street parking.

The Hidden Gem | tranquility close to town

The entire apartment is for guest use only. This is a very sunny space in Wellington's premier suburb - Karori. You can enjoy the relaxing sound of a flowing stream and tranquil bush setting surrounded by mountain bike park and walks yet just 15 minutes from the heart of the city. This apartment is separated from the main house, so you will have a complete autonomy. Bus service is very convenient and frequent and there is off-street parking available as well

Lyall Bay Vista - great location, stunning views

Enjoy your stay in Wellington at this cozy, comfortable unit complete with everything you need in a home-away-from-home. Perched on Melrose hill, this self-contained unit is in a great location in between Wellington Airport and the city, and provides fantastic views overlooking Lyall Bay, and the Airport. Please note we (owners of the property) live on the top floor, above this unit. The unit is up 35 steps from the street, with no accessible access.
