There is central A/C that covers the entire house, all rooms have hardwood floors, newer beds, comfortable mattresses and quality pillows. New 18x24 deck has Polywood furniture and Weber gas grill.

Chequessett Neck area - Contact owner for more reasonable than published off-season long term (more than 14 days) rates. Walk to Powers Landing bayside beach from this hilltop setting. Very private, spacious, comfortable and clean 2 bed 2 bath ranch style home. Outdoor shower, and private deck. Interior steps to Washer and dryer located in garage below. Highchair availabe on request. Conveniently situated - close to Wellfleet center, Harbor, Mayo beach, Great Island, Duck Harbor.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. During this time (Mid June through Mid September, check in and out are on Saturdays.

Beautiful cottage nestled on a half-acre of waterfront property on Swan Pond. The dock offers direct water access. Available are two kayaks, a canoe and two paddleboards. The kitchen offers beautiful views of the water while you enjoy your morning coffee. Local beaches are just minutes away. Enjoy the hammock, swings, hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pits and cocktails on the deck. Wanderers' Rest is located close to bike trails, boat rentals, movie theaters, restaurants, and bars.

Sandy beach cottage on Wellfleet Bay

"Light on the Mayo" is a newly built, finely appointed, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage located across the road from the famous "Mayo (swim) Beach" in Wellfleet Bay. The cottage was built in 2018 and is incredibly cozy with unobstructed views of Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor. It also has excellent privacy and high-end amenities. The house includes central heat and air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living room. It has a modern kitchen with a beautiful dining nook.

Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

The courtyard has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and has lighting for eating outside at night. The deck also has a table with seating for six. There is an outdoor shower behind the guest house. Other amenities: a fireplace, a firepit, a gas grill, wifi, access to a private beach. There is off-street parking for two cars.

Stay at this cool (central A/C) and comfortable, updated home *within* the National Seashore in Wellfleet. Located on a private road off Ocean View Drive which runs along the Atlantic Ocean. Our road leads to a private path (for residents and guests) directly to LeCount Hollow Beach (minutes away).
