Relax with the whole family at this peaceful corner lot cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river with two sides of water only a short paddle to crystal clear water just North of hospital hole . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so .

You can also take the kayaks down the canal with just a 5-10 minute paddle to the crystal clear waters of the weekee wachee river. Go for a swim, look for manatees, There is so much to do and see at our perfect getaway! Absolutely not parties allowed.

Located in Weeki Wachee Gardens, FL launch right off the back deck for a short paddle to the crystal clear Weeki Wachee River. Enjoy the area by using one of our provided 7 adult & 2 youth kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 1 canoe and life jackets of all sizes. Swim with manatees in the backyard canal or fish right from our private dock where you can also tie up your boat or enjoy a short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico.
