Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Beautiful garden level apartment with a kitchenette, with the property situated on the river flowing out of Owasco Lake. You have water access just a short walk to the end of the yard and we're just a half mile from the lake. There's plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
