To reach your 600 sq/ft studio cottage, use the private entrance to access the stairway. Along with a full bath and a convenient kitchenette, you are welcomed to a large open living space with double sliding glass doors that lead you to your own 180 sq/ft private balcony nestled among the live oaks. All guest bookings w favorable prior history will be considered.

At the river you can relax, watch nature or read a book. We are a quick drive to great fishing.

You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea.
