We feature two beautiful bedrooms, living room with two sleeper sofas (can also be used as a third bedroom, as door closes for privacy), laundry room, full kitchen, coffee nook, quiet deck and backyard.

This two story treetop loft occupies the upper two levels of a large historic house and has a large 400 sqft 2nd story deck overlooking the park and lake with a 4' natural gas fire bowl. Also features indoor bioethanol fireplace and full bar with a wine-chiller. The perfect place to kick back and relax with friends!

We just finished remodeling the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms in our unique tri-level mid-century modern home. There are 4 bedrooms offering an array of accommodations as well as a couch with a pull-out queen bed. If you like to cook, our new kitchen is amazing! There is a fireplace room with a lovely view outside, a laundry room and a TV with cable, a DVR, and streaming apps like Netflix. WIFI is available. This is a quiet family neighborhood. No parties and please be respectful.

Ranch Style home in a quiet Neighborhood. You will feel at home and comfortable! The home is well maintained and very clean. In the winters you could cozy up to a nice fire upstairs and relax with a glass of wine. Downstairs is a second fireplace you have going and play a game of pool. In The summer you can enjoy the three seasons room, with looking a cup of coffee and look at the planted flower garden. Close to the Wauwatosa village down town. Even closer to Elm Grove Village.

The cozy house is updated with a fully-equipped kitchen, full dining room with views, a charming living room anchored with a fireplace, completed with a queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy coffee on the porch overlooking a quaint tree lined street. Gather around the fire pit, dine outdoors, or pop into the hot tub (a spring to late fall amenity) in the private backyard. Location is central - AMF, Zoo, Fiserv, downtown, etc.

Barclay House in Walker's Point

Our Walker's Point house is recently renovated, nearly everything is new. Relax in this stylish space which includes a private backyard, w/rear & front decks. Located next to cafes and some of Milwaukee's best restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the Summerfest grounds. We are minutes from Downtown Milwaukee, bike trails and the pedal taverns are just a block away from the house. We just recently added a new hot tub!
