Just 6 miles from UGA and less than 1 mile to downtown restaurants, shops, Wire Park and The Thomas Farm Preserve with biking and hiking trails. The main level features an open concept living room with a foldout Twin Sleeper chair, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering plenty of space for everyone.

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. You'll most certainly see deer roaming the woods! Your hosts are long-time Athenians, Claire & Mike. Claire is a composer and touring musician. Mike is a home inspector. They both love bikes, travel, and most of all, MUSIC!
