Hands down the most comfortable sleeper sofa on the market! There is a light blocking curtain separating the living room and kitchen for privacy if sleeping in the living room. - Very large kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, plates, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans. Tea, coffee and other treats are provided. Large refrigerator/freezer can be plugged in upon request. - Bathroom is bright and clean with new fixtures and tiles. Clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms, full bath and kitchen, and free parking spot. 1st floor of 2-family. Owner lives upstairs. Door to the guest's residence is through a rear hallway. Hallway is occasionally shared with owner. 1 block to 15 min bus ride to Harvard Sq. (directions below) Easy access to Boston but in green and quiet neighborhood. There's no living room but there is comfortable sitting area in one of the bedrooms. Work space can also be arranged. Please let us know what you need.

The first floor has a modern kitchen, open layout, a large bedroom with cathedral ceilings and a king size bed, also the first floor bath features a 4-ft wide shower. The second floor you’ll find a large bedroom with a queen bed. Parallel to that, the suite, comes with a king size power adjustable bed, laundry room and master bathroom.

Our location is only 1.2 miles from Tuffs University and 2.4 from Harvard University. It is in the middle of North Cambridge, Somerville, and Medford. You could walk to Davis Square or to downtown Arlington and will find plenty of good restaurants and coffee places to explore. It is only 3 minutes to public transportation, bus that connects with Red line in the MBTA subway system. Our residential neighborhood is young and vibrant, and excellent point to explore Boston and surrounding towns.

Weston is one of Boston area's most desirable towns. <30 min to downtown Boston with a lot of open space. Centrally located with easy access to highways, train stations, etc. Next to a park with hiking trails, this is a secondary unit (Duplex units) with its own separate entry/exit. 3 bedrooms (one on lower level, two on 2nd level), kitchen, 2 baths (both on lower level). ~2000 square feet of space. Some seasons (including some winters) we have hens in the backyard...

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)
