Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Priced for solo travelers but perfect for 2! Cozy studio, private entrance. Fully furnished w/queen sized bed (memory foam mattress), dresser, a/c, washer/dryer, bathroom with shower stall, closet, high speed Wi-Fi, kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, griddle, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, and rice cooker. On-street parking throughout the year on our quiet one-way street, driveway in the winter. Please note that the ceilings are 7 ft tall and shorter in some areas. Cameras outside.

My place is a beautiful new house located in the Hip neighborhood of Davis Sq in Somerville. Conveniently on the bike bath leading to Davis Sq with its T stop and all its great restaurants and bars (15 min walk). 2 Mins walk to the new Green line extension that takes you to Cambridge and Boston. Renovated 2-bedroom apt in an old Victorian home accommodates a party of 1-4 people. Located in a prestigious Boston suburb 3 blocks from commuter rail. Off-street parking. 24/7 access via keyless entry at front door of house. High-speed wireless internet and Google TV. Base rate is for 1-2 guests; add $25 for each add'l guest. Kitchenette has 5 countertop appliances; no oven. No children under 15 yrs old. All guests must be able-bodied due to steep 3rd floor staircase. No pets, no smokers.

Separate sitting and sleeping areas (full size bed), desk/workspace, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with small fridge, coffeemaker and microwave (no stove). Great take-out nearby. No pets, no smoking permitted. Car? There is off-street covered parkling. No car? 71 Bus to Harvard Square stops at our corner; short walk to other buses and public transportation.

Spacious Strawberry Hill Suite (West Cambridge)

This 3rd floor suite is less than 2 miles west of Harvard Sq. You'll have exclusive access to the space, which has a full bathroom and kitchenette. There is a queen bed suitable for two people and the couch in the living room converts to a bed for one. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, and has a lot to offer. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minute walk. The trip to Harvard Square is 10-15 minutes. I live in the home downstairs and am available should you need me during your stay.
