There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Thatched cottage on private 1.5 acre lake

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Melsmere Lodge is a 2 bedroomed thatched cottage on the side of a private 1.5 acre lake and is surrounded by woodland and open countryside. The lake and woodland attract hundreds of species of birds and mammals. The lake itself is stocked with coarse fish. A little oasis of nature with easy links to local cities. Explore the wider Wirral area on the network of public footpaths or take a short train ride to the cities of Liverpool or Chester.

The Shippen barn near Liverpool and Crosby Beach

‘The Shippen’ is a barn conversion, once part of a small dairy farm. High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel, and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. A ‘home from home’ that many guests return to. Ideal for Golfers: Royal Birkdale and other top links courses line the Sefton coast from Crosby to Southport. Ideally located for Aintree racecourse, ‘Another Place’ at Crosby Beach. A short drive to Knowsley Safari Park and Aughton - Michelin Star capital of the North!

The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. Relax whilst enjoying an evening BBQ or gazing into an outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool.

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

This memorable place on the water that is anything but ordinary..Our beautiful floating glamping pod can be found in Coburg Dock. The Houseboat sits Marina side among its own floating community - minutes from central Liverpool including the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool One, Liverpool Cathedral, and the trendy Baltic Triangle. You can hit the tourist culture and shopping hotspots while being able to retreat to your waterfront setting and sitting out on the deck at the end of the day.

Mersey Houseboat

Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. We have: Free WiFi All towels provided And a welcome pack provided also We have a comfortable sitting area with leather furniture. Two really comfortable beds with smart tv's and Netflix in all rooms. Can be met at the boat or self to check in.

Detached cottage in a residential area, situated to the rear of the main house, with independent access & secure parking. Family home with open plan downstairs area, with equipped kitchen, dining area & living space, upstairs has two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) bathroom/WC with bath & overhead shower. To the front of the cottage is a large patio area with table & chairs, plenty of outdoor space, we are ideally situated for some of the North Wests finest golf courses.

The Stables annexe is located in a beautiful courtyard setting with private entrance and free off road parking. From the courtyard, you step into the open plan lounge area. Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

The Vintage Dairy- Tiny Home With a Big Character

A totally unique tiny home! Converted from an old dairy, it provides a compact but airy living space, a well equipped kitchen, a log cabin dining room/ workspace and a loft style mezzanine bedroom which overlooks the double height living area. The house is just a 5 minute stroll to beautiful Crosby beach and Anthony Gormley's Iron men art exhibition 'Another Place'. Excellent transport links with many bars, eateries and a handy shop nearby.
